Born in 1978 in Belluno, Italy, Emanuele Kabu is an animator and artist based in Venice.
Coming from the world of graffiti, with a background in hardcore punk and electronic music, he shifted to animation in 2005, developing a style rooted in psychedelia, abstract art, and minimalism.

He has directed music videos and visuals for artists and brands including Janet Jackson, The Killers, Red Hot Chili Peppers, Adult Swim, FX Networks, and Sub Pop Records.
In 2024, he designed and animated The Gossip's Chronicles by Corinne Mazzoli, a VR piece presented at the 81st Venice International Film Festival.
In 2025, he served as Art Director for "Zjerm" by Shkodra Elektronike, Albania's entry at the Eurovision Song Contest, which qualified for the final.
Also in 2025, one of his short films was featured in Apple's "#ShotoniPhone" campaign.

His work has also been screened at various international festivals, including Kinomural (2021 and 2025, Wrocław, Poland) and Loop Lab Busan (2025, South Korea).

Since 2021, he has been collaborating with London-based studio OMBRA DESIGN as Art Director for live shows.
